How PLLA works

Poly-L-lactic acid is a biocompatible, resorbable polymer. Instead of creating instant volume, its micro-particles trigger the body’s own collagen production — so results appear progressively and look natural.
Inject
PLLA is placed in the subcutaneous or deep dermal layer with a cannula, using a fan technique for even distribution.

Anaesthesia
Local anaesthesia with lidocaine about 30 minutes before the procedure; nerve block if necessary.
Puncture
21G or 23G needle. Confirm the puncture point by pinching where the lidocaine was injected. If there is bleeding, press for haemostasis before starting.
Inject
Fan-shape injection with a cannula, distributing evenly into the depressed area.
Follow up
Repeat at the same dose — or half the previous dose if volume has increased excessively.
